Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “login” located on the upper-right side of the screen if are a debt management plan participant.
Step 2 – Enter your username and the current password and then click on the “login” button.
You should have accessed your Apprisen online account if your details were entered correctly.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – Click “I forgot my password” link in case you have forgotten the current password of your Apprisen online account.
Step 2 – Enter the email address that you used when registering for an online account and then click the “submit” button. Apprisen will send a password reminder after a few minutes. Make sure the email address entered is correct to avoid troubles receiving a password reminder.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “online payment” link located at the bottom of the screen.
Step 2 – Then click on the “make payment” button. You will need your username and password to make payments online. If you are a new user, it is recommended to first create an Apprisen username so as to make a payment online.
