HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Credit Advocate allows clients to reset their password in case they forget it. Follow the steps below to reset your password if you cannot remember it.
Step 1 – Click “Did you forget your password?” link which is below the “sign in” button to open the lost password page.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you used when registering for an online account and then click the “Reset Password” button.
Credit Advocates will create a new password and then send it to the email address you provided. Check your email to see the new password and then use it to access your online account.

If you are already a client of Credit Advocates, follow the steps below to make a payment:
Step 1 – Click the “Make a payment” button located on top of the screen.
Step 2 – Click “Online Portal” if you already know your account number.
Step 3 – Enter your account number on collection notice, enter your zip code and then click on the “Login” button. Make sure your account number and zip code are entered correctly to avoid troubles logging in.
Note that if you cannot remember your account number you can look it up at http://www.capayonline.com. You will be required enter some of your details in order to search your account number.
