    How can I pay my bill IF I can’t get online to pay it? I have been trying forever to pay online as have been doing previous months. All I get is a blank screen. I am SO sick of this. My husband and myself each have 2 cards, pay a monthly fee, only use one card. But, I have to pay the monthly fee every month + now they want you to pay a payment fee. NO THANK YOU. We WILL be canceling our cards.

    Cannot log into site for over 3 months. I am NOT paying another “Convenience Fee” for being horrifically inconvenienced. You all can call me and I swear to everything I hold dear, if you report me as late, I will immediately turn this over to the Better Business Bureau, the MD Attorney General, Federal Consumer Protection Agency, Fair Trade Commission and scariest of all… my attorney. I got this card to establish my daughter’s credit. Not mine. I am not your typical customer. I have the means and ability to make a significant dent. FIX YOUR WEBSITE NOW!

    Same complaint as other customers. I have signed in but cannot logon to see my statement or pay on my bill. One customer wrote a comment from 2017.

    Guess I will have to send in my payment by mail when I get my statement. I saw a comment by someone that there is a charge to pay by phone.?

    I have two accounts with you and every time i try to pay them i can’t get into my accounts It took me over an hour to finally get one account but every time i try to sign in to the second account it goes right back to the other account. I always have to call and pay so i am not late and i am fed up with your nine dollar charge when it is your problem not mine. You need to fix the problem or you are going to lose a lot of customers. I for one am ready to cancel mine.

    Very strange behavior indeed! I called to calmly cancel my CC account with two service reps by the names of “paul” and “Francis”. one with a thicker, harder to understand than the other. Dismal way to handle customer service, CreditOne. I have had numerous errors on the recording of both my charges and payments with the automated system in place. Immediately after the conversation with “Francis” during which, yes, he tried to increase my credit and offered a whole new card. I cordially declined both. He assured me my account was cancelled. These people need to be monitored and babysat every day of the year. Hopefully Francis word is good!

    The site has been down for over a month!!! I’ve downloaded the mobile app and have changed my password so many times I’ve lost count and still nada!!! When I call, I get someone who speaks little to no English and get charged 9 dollars for an expedited payment. This is ridiculous!!! Fix the site ASAP!!!

    I’m in the same boat as everyone else, but I called, got through to someone I had a hard time understanding, they then said pay off your bill we will increase your credit limit. Well was going to pay most of it off anyways, I now have a “credit” because they had to remove the late fee. They told me the web sight was now working. UHHHHggggg I don’t think sooooooooooooooooooo, still can’t log in been over a month, can’t look to make sure balance is 0 and that the late fee was taken off and credit given

    i am very upset that access to a non working site is impossible. i have always paid on time. when this problem occurs we have to either stay on hold for unreasonable amounts of time and “beg”for a late payment fee to be removed due to the bank having trouble with the online banking not the consumer having trouble using our computers, or bow down and pay a late fee we should never be charged. hmmm be subject to extortion or quit using the credit one cards all together ? i carry a balance and credit one makes money off me but at this rate paying my cards off and just carrying a maintenance fee is sounding logical 35.00 vs 8.50. just to avoid a negative impact on my credit.

    Like everyone else I cannot access my online account. Called the customer service #1877 825-3242 and was able to make my payment over the phone. Between my bad hearing and the reps very thick accent it took ten minutes to have the $9.99 charge removed (as a courtesy} Seriously?? The only balance I ever have on this card is the $8.34 monthly service fee. I did not want to cancel because I was afraid it would hurt my credit score.Cr. One also stopped sending me paper statements though I did not request it.Told rep I wanted paper statements resumed, he stated I could could do that online–Does he really not understand why we are on the phone to begin with? I’m done! This was one of the first cards I had while trying to repair my credit, Fico is now 761, so do I really need a card with a low limit ($1400.). high interest and an 8.34 monthly fee, I don’t think so. So in closing Credit One, you suck big time and I’m done with you.

    Can’ log in, tried several times and it came up for a split second then went blank. when I called and finally got to talk to someone she said that it showed that the site was working and gave suggestions that I already tried, she didn’t seem to know her job in knowing what to do or say. Wish they would get customer service IN THIS COUNTRY. This didn’t start until I found out someone was trying to get a credit card in my name and it came up on my Experian fico score info on credit one. I’ve read of someone else with a similar situation. They thought it had something to do with the website or someone associated with credit one. I have to say I do believe it.

Even the Credit One Bank Apps wasnt working either, it always says they’re updating their apps. What’s wrong with the website or apps? i need to pay my bills.     can not log on have tried for the last 2 months have had to call in payment. think I will go back to paper. so tired of this bullshit. don’t know what yall did but you really need to undo what ever you did. I think we all need to go to paper bills and see how you like that

    Same for me ,I couldn’t get anything but a blank page when I tried to pay my card payment ;then when I called to make my payment ,they acted like I was stupid and tried to charge me with a late payment charge !!!! They did take off the late payment fee after some arguing from me but the whole experience was terrible ! What is going on I never had this trouble paying my payment before and they were not very nice on the phone 1

    I’m having the same problem, can’t log onto my account since last Friday 10/13/17 it’s now 10/19/17 and it’s still not up and running!! I guess they don’t want my payment maybe I’ll just keep it! They better not dare to charge me a late charge!
