FGC provides services that help you meet your financial needs. The agency does not loan money but helps people meet their financial goals via counseling and education. FGC has employed certified credit counselors who have undergone a lot of training so as to provide you with a thorough evaluation of your finances. Once the evaluation is complete, the counselor then provides you with options and resources to solve your housing and financial problems.
The services offered by FGC include debt management plans, budgeting, credit report review, student loan counseling. Nutrition for life Food Security Program and Representative Payee Program. Some of the services are offered for free while in others, FGC charges a small fee.
HOW TO LOGIN
In order to access your DMP information, you will need a client number and pin. The steps below will show you how to log in and view your account information online:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab, click “services” located at the top of the screen and then click the “Financial Counseling services” link.
Step 2 – Scroll downwards and then click “Debt management plan”.
Step 3 – If you a current DMP client, press “Click here” to open the login page.
Step 4 – Enter your username/client ID, enter the password/pin and then click on the “Login” button.
You should have accessed your account if the login information is entered correctly. Therefore, ensure that the login details are typed without making mistakes so as to avoid troubles logging in to your account. If you are new to FGC, contact the customer support to receive your client number and pin.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
FGC allows clients to change the password in case one forgets it. You can reset the password by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Click on the “Lost Password? Click here” link which is below the login fields.
Note that you will be required to first enter your username or client Id so as to open the reset password page. Make sure to enter either your username or client ID correctly in order to proceed further within retrieving your lost password.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT
FGC allows clients to make their DMP payment online. You should follow the steps below to make a payment:
Step 1 – Click “services” located at the top of the screen and then click the “Financial Counseling services” link.
Step 2 – Scroll downwards and then click “Debt management plan”.
Step 3 – If you a current DMP client, press “here” to pay online.
There are several payment options you can choose from. You can pay by money order, direct debit, cashier’s check, VISA or MasterCard debit card.
