Financial Information & Service Center (FISC) is a non-profit organization that provides personal counseling on various financial matters such as budgeting, credit cards, student loans, bankruptcy and much more. FISC is based in Menasha, and has offices in Oshkosh, Sturgeon Bay and Green Bay. Furthermore, FISC is available across Wisconsin by telephone at 800-366-8161. Services offered by FISC are financial counseling, housing counseling, bankruptcy, debt management plans, student loan counseling and financial counseling. FISC charges a certain amount of fees for some of the services they offer. Services are offered by certified counselors whose mission is to help customers. The counselors have vast knowledge in financial education and often attend training programs to improve their skills and knowledge so as to serve client better. In addition, FISC offers scheduled workshops such as ‘The Power of Money’ to help people increase their financial security.

FISC is committed to supporting the community by providing education and counseling services to assist in stabilizing difficult financial situations that result from major life changes such as loss of a job.
HOW TO LOGIN
If you are a returning or an active client you can follow the steps below to view your account information:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click on the “Account Login” link located on the right-side of the screen to open the login page.
Step 2 – Enter your username/ client ID, enter the password/pin that you provided when registering for a FISC online account and click the “Login” button.
You should be able to log in to your FISC online account if your login details were entered correctly. Make sure your login information is correctly entered to avoid troubles accessing your account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
FISC allows clients to change their password in case one has lost it. Follow the steps below to reset the password:
Step 1 – Click on the “Lost Password? Click here” link in case you cannot remember the current password of your FISC online account.
Note that you will have to first enter your client ID or username before you click on the “Lost password” link. Make sure you provide the details associated with your online account so as to avoid troubles retrieving your lost password.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
You can submit payment online by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Hover on the “Our services” hyperlink located at the top of the screen and then click “Submit payment”.
Step 2 – Click on the “Pre-filing Counseling” link to submit payment. You will be prompted to make payment via PayPal.
Note that once you have opened the submit payment page, you need to select the program that you want to pay for. You will find different categories of programs such as bankruptcy, counseling, student loan debt counseling and debt management plan (DMP).
