Products offered by The Mesquite Group are credit counseling, financial coaching, debtor education, and continuing education. The Mesquite Group is approved to issue a certificate of completion once an individual or couple successfully completes each bankruptcy course. Your attorney can also receive your certificate of completion if you provided his/her details. The Mesquite Group offers the bankruptcy course both online or by telephone. The Mesquite Group offers its services in both English and Spanish. The group has great customer support representatives who are committed to helping consumers with solutions. The Mesquite Group does not offer debt management plans nor does it refer its clients to a firm that provides debt management plans.
HOW TO LOGIN
If you have already registered for your pre-filing credit counseling session and wish to access your account information online, the steps below will show you how to log in:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click on the “Returning clients” button located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 – Click the “Continue Credit Counseling” box to open the login page. Note that there are other login options and you should select the login option that you are interested in.
Step 3 – Enter your enrollment ID and then click on the “Go” button. You should have logged into your account if the enrollment ID you entered is associated with your online account.
Make sure you type your enrollment ID correctly to avoid troubles logging into your online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you are having troubles remembering your login information for Mesquite online account, you should contact the customer support department at 877-769-4069 or via email at support@themesquitegroup.com to seek assistance.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT
For you to make any payment, you are required to enroll in the pre-filing course or post-filing course.
Step 1 – Open the home page by clicking here and then click the “Register Now” button located on the left side of the screen. You will need to first register for the pre-filing credit counseling session before you can pay the fees charged.
Note that you can also pay for your post-filing debtor education but you will need to first register. The Mesquite Group accepts payment by debit cards, credit cards, e-checks and pre-paid cards. If you pay by debit, credit or pre-paid card you can schedule your class once you submit payment. When you pay by e-check, you will need to wait for eight days for the clearance of e-check before you can schedule your class.
