HOW TO LOGIN
If you are already an MMI client, follow the steps below to access your account information:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click the “Log In” link located on the upper-right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your username and password and then click on the “Secure login” button.
You should have logged in to your account if the username and password were correctly entered. Note that if you are using your own personal computer, you can check the “Remember login information” box to enable your PC recall the login information. Uncheck the box if you are using a public or shared computer.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
The steps below will direct you on how to retrieve your lost login information:
Step 1 – Click “Forgot username?” link which is below the “secure login” button if you cannot remember the username.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you provided during registration and click the “Continue” button. Follow the instructions on the next pages you will be redirected to retrieve your information.
Forgot Password
Step 1 – Click “Forgot password?” link if you have forgotten the current password for your account.
Step 2 – Enter your username associated with your account and then click on the “Continue” button. Follow the guidelines on the next pages you will be redirected to reset the password.

HOW TO SUBMIT PAYMENT
In order to make any payments, you need to have enrolled in one of the programs offered by the company. If you have already enrolled in a program such as a debt management plan, you are required to log in before you can submit payment.
Step 1 – Click the “Log In” link located on the upper-right side of the screen. You will be prompted to enter the username and password.
