HOW TO LOGIN
If you are already a member of Mpowered, you can access your account information by simply following the steps below:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “My DMP Account” which located on the upper-right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Press the “Click here” hyperlink to log in.
Step 3 – Enter your username and password that you provided during registration and then click on the “Login” button.
You should have been able to access your information and then utilize the resources that will help you with your debt management plan. Note that the username and password are case sensitive and hence take precaution when entering them to avoid troubles logging in. in addition, if you are having troubles logging in, you should first check the site requirements before contacting the client support team.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
You shouldn’t worry when you discover that you cannot remember either your username or password. The following steps will guide you on how you can retrieve your login credentials.
Step 1 – In case you have forgotten your password or username, click on the “Forgot username/password” link located below the “login” button.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you used during registration and click the “Next” button. You should receive an email containing your username after a short while. Check your email to retrieve it.
