RDI’s credit counseling session takes approximately one hour and can be done over the telephone or in-person. HOW TO LOGIN
If you are an existing client, you should follow the steps below to view or update your account:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “Client Login” which is located on the upper-right side of the screen to open the login page.
Step 2 – Enter your client ID/username, enter the pin/password and then click on the “Login” button.
You should have logged into your RDI online account if the login information is associated with your online account. Therefore, ensure you enter the login details carefully without making errors so as to avoid troubles accessing your account. If you are a visitor and have never logged into RDI, you need to begin by creating an account and then develop your budget.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you cannot remember the current password for your account, click “Lost Password? Click here” hyperlink located below the “Login” button.
Note that you are required to first enter either your username or client ID before you can request for the password reset link. Otherwise, you will have troubles changing your password.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT
If you would like to make a payment online for the bankruptcy counseling session, the steps below will show you how to submit payment:
Step 1 – Hover the mouse pointer over the “Services & Programs” tab on the home page and then click “Bankruptcy Education” to pay for bankruptcy counseling session.
Step 2 – Scroll downwards and then click on the “Pay Online” button.
Step 3 – Enter your name, name of company, country, address, city, state, zip/postal code, mobile number, fax number, email address, website address, bankruptcy case number and then click “Continue.
Note that you can also pay the fees charged in a debt management plan but you need to first enroll in that program.
