I agree a simple slip of a finger locks me out and forces me to make time to go in the bank. Too much of a hassle. Thinking of just going else where to do my bamking

I need more times to try to log in, as I forget my password at first when I have to change it. I also forget to write it down, or forget where I wrote it. So many passwords to keep track of these days! And I hate t o keep having to ask for help, am sure yo u all are busy enough! Could you allow customers to choose the usual number of tries, or else twice that many? Thanks for “listening.”
