The Village Family Service Center clients can access their account information online by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click the “Client Portal” button which is located on the upper-right corner of the screen to open the login page.
Step 2 – Enter your user name and password associated with your account and click the “Sign In” button.
You should be able to log into your account if the login information you entered is correct and associated with your account. Ensure you enter your user name and password without making errors to avoid troubles accessing your account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
The steps below will guide you on how to retrieve your lost login credentials:
Step 1 – In case you have forgotten the current password for your account, click “Forgot your password?” link located below the “Sign In” button to open the password reset page.
Step 2 – Enter the username that you used during registration and then click the “Send” button. Follow the instructions on the next page you will be redirected to reset your password.
