Cardmembers of Ace Hardware Story can enjoy many benefits from their preferred hardware store. They can make receive rewards points for every dollar purchased with the card and now they can track these points and their cards’ activity through their website and online account. To learn how to register with Ace’s online account, sign in and renew their password, follow the simple steps in the guideline below.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter http://www.acerewardsvisa.com/credit/welcome.do
Step 2– At the top right, click the link Access My Account in the Cardmember Log In box.
Step 3- In the new page, enter your Personal ID and click Log In.
The website will then ask you for your password to continue. If your login credentials are correct, you will be able to access your online account.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password or your Personal ID, just start as you would to signing in:
Step 1- In the same new page where you are required to enter your Personal ID, select the link that reads Forgot ID?
Step 2- Enter the type of account you have registered, Personal or Business.
Step 3- To verify your identity, select information you wish to enter to verify. For example, if you select a phone number, enter your phone number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
If you have entered the information correctly, you will have access to retrieve your Personal ID once again and enter your online account.
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, start as you would the other two processes in the Cardmember Log in box:
Step 1- In the new Login page, select Enroll Now.
Step 2- Select the type of account you wish to enroll, Personal or Business. Select if you have a Personals Checking or Savings account with US Bank. If you do, enter your card’s information, PIN and the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
Follow any additional steps required by Ace until you receive confirmation your online account has been created.
