HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Open the website in a new tab by clicking here and then click on the “Shoppers” hyperlink located on the upper-right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your email address or mobile number, click “I am a returning customer”, enter your password and then click on the “Sign in using our secure server” button.
You should have signed into your Amazon online account if the login information is associated with your account. If you are a new customer, click on ‘I am a new customer” and you will be prompted to create a password later that you will use to log into Amazon.com. If you are a merchant and wish to log into your Amazon.com account, click on the “Merchants” hyperlink located at the top of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your login information.
HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD
Step 1 – Click the “Forgot your password?” hyperlink if you cannot remember the current password for your Amazon account.
Step 2 – Enter the mobile number or email address associated with your Amazon account, type the characters you see in the image displayed and then click on the “Continue” button.
You should receive a link to a page where you can set a new password. Click on the link you receive and then follow the instructions to create a new password. Note that if you cannot see the characters clearly on the image displayed, you should click “See a new challenge” to get a new image.
