To learn how to start your online account, log in or even reset your password, follow this simple guideline.

HOW TO LOGIN

Once you have an online account, it’s very easy to log into it. To do so, turn on your PC or electronic device and follow these steps:

Step 1- Open your web browser then go to https://www.axiombanking.com

Step 2-  Click the green button Account Login at the top of the page. A drop down option will appear requesting for your username. Enter the requested information and click Log In.

Step 3- Enter your password and click Submit. If your credentials are correct, you will be directed to the dashboard of your online account.

FORGOT PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, just follow these steps to access your account and renew it:

Step 1- Start as you would to log in, entering your username and clicking Login. Once you have done that, click on the link Did you forget your password? 

Step 2- Enter the requested information, including your Access ID, the last four digits of your Tax ID Number and your email address. Once completed, click Submit.

If the information entered is correct, you will receive an email with your new password. Once you can access your account, you can update your password to your liking.

HOW TO ENROLL

For Axiom Bank customers who already have a bank account but wish to enroll online, this is what you must do:

Step 1- Click the Account Login button in the home page. In the drop down section to log in, click the link First Time Login.

Step 2- Enter the required information, including Account Type, full name and address, date of birth and SSN. Review the Terms and Conditions and click Submit.

Step 3- After the form is accepted, change your username and password on the next screen. The username must have at least six characters and the password can be up to sixteen characters.

Once these steps are completed, you will be able to review your online account on the next screen.
