HOW TO LOG IN
To log on to your online bank account, follow these steps via your PC or laptop:

Bank of America is the absolute worst bank ever. Nobody and I mean nobody should bank with them. I got three fraud charges within 3 weeks or so. Every time they just gave me a new card and NEVER EVER went over the online stuff to help secure my acct. once I saw the three fraud withdrawals were from the same people I was absolutely floored I have 15 cents to my name and the damn incompetent employees including supervisors and even higher up give me a different story. The three withdrawals were approx 7,500 and they reimburse the first fraud charge and then the pieces of shit denied the last two. Bank of America you have thieves working for you. And police report has been filed on the fraud and and it’s all about Bank of America. Oh and thanks again for not even telling me I had to fill one out. And I’m on my 4th card and the idiots keep allowing the thief (who needs to go to jail) to take my money. I will get MY Miney back you lousy excuses for employees. We’re you all asleep when you were trained or is there even any training at the POS’s that you are. I have half the employees that spoke to me saying Bank of America dropped the ball and I did everything I was told. Bank of America get ready to be forking out a shit ton of money for multiple lawsuits coming your way. EDD needs to contract with someone other then this shitty excuse for a bank.

That was a surprise, but even MORE SURPRISING was 31 charges for $4.99…ALL ON ONE DAY… equaling $158 ..taken by debit to google.com!!!! I called B of A and they had no explanation as to how this card could have been used as a debit with absolutely no access to this card.. I had received my EDD Debit card an I activated it an also I had made 2 Withdrawls each on a different day. Then I lost my card I only had it for 4 days tops an I call in to BofA to request a Replacement card an they said I should receive it in 3 to 5 days Expedited shipment. That time passes an nothing I call in an they said I have to speak to fraud department an I did an they Transfer me to Risk department an they ask me to Verify my Information so I did and they said they can’t verify my information do to lack of Credit history they said we have to ask u to answer 3 or 4 questions from ur credit history but I don’t have any history what so ever I told the Rep an he said I can see that cuz nothing comes up under ur name only 2 addresses an I verified both addresses for him but he said it’s not going thru cuz it has to be a minimum of 4 questions an it only gives him only 2. Now I have to go to a branch to get a AVS code an I have to take in 2 forms of I.D. But I lost my wallet an my I.D. I had unemployment 2 years ago but lost the card after my claim had expired. So when my claim was approved the sent all the funds to that card. The next morning I ordered a new card to be expedited and the said it was and I got an email saying it would arrive in 2-3 business days. On the 4th business day I haven’t received it but I got an email saying my request for a new card hàs gone thru and I’ll get it in 7-10 days. I called and was told for some reason they don’t know they ordered a new card to be sent regularly so then I had to order a new one expedited. So now I’ll have a card I can’t use for 3-4 days while I’m broke af while I wait for the liqour card to come thru and then there will be another dummy card after that. I need my money and they won’t transfer it to my bank, no emergency transfer , no digital card,nothing. So now it’s 5-23 I should have got it by 5-21/5-22 and now won’t get it until at the very earliest 5-27 but more like 5-28. It’s ridiculous.

I fired B of A 50 years ago after they STOLE to the money I deposited through the school bankbook program. They did that to thousands of school children. Now they are making millions on this debit card scheme. They take 2.25% every time you pay a merchant with the card. What I suggest is you set an alert for when the money hits your card. Go to bank hand the card to the teller and ask for your cash, all of it. That way no one can steal anything from you because there is nothing on the card to steal. They will ignore your requests for service, so don’t bother. Complain to the attorney general, The Secret Service, and Comptroller of the Currency. When a complaint from any of those agencies hits their desk, things start to move.

Found fraudulent charges on my account on 4/13/20. Called customer service was on hold 4.5 hrs then was disconnected. Called again on 4/14/20 on hold for 5 hrs never reached an agent. 4/15/20 went to B of A was told they couldn’t help me due to card being EDD debit card and told me to call customer service again to report. Have never been able to create account for the mobile app since card was issued over 5 yrs ago. Tried to create account again on 4/16/20 says security info entered is not correct. Yes the info I entered was correct! It’s my personal info! Pending charges of $108.99 were deducted from my account on 4/13/20. I’m unable to.get any info about the transaction. I sent info regarding transaction via email through: EDDDebitCard/Contact Us. Terms & conditions state notification must be reported within 2.days of transaction date and I still would be responsible for up to $50 of fraudulent charges. Notification reported within maybe 10 days (I can’t specifically remember # of days) but that I could held response for $500 of fraudulent charges. Since I can’t get through to customer service via phone after approx 10 hrs on hold and B of A app won’t let me create an account due to incorrect info entered and B of A Bank refuses to help me, at the moment it looks like I’m pretty SCREWED!!! I’m so frustrated with everything having to due with this entire situation! I and most anyone would think that both entities, EDD and B of A would be able to provide something as basic as reliable customer service to ALL CARDHOLDERS that they issue their cards to!! Both entities are HUGE organizations, one being a NATIONAL BANK and the other is the GOVERNMENT! They both should by law, have to be held to the same standards, policies, laws and penalties that we the citizens are FORCED! to adhere to by law in order to continue to operate by offering services that we could and should actually be able to use 100 percent of the time to have such common & simple issues resolved. If the situation was reversed, this issue would have already be resolved at the time it was found to be a problem and both entities would use the laws and penalties to guarantee a favorable resolution on their behalf. As of today 4/17/20 have not been able to actually contact in person either entity to report the FRAUDULENT CHARGES! to against my account. The funds have been withdrawn from my account and I still have no way to investigate who is responsible for the fraudulent charges. I have not received any response to the email correspondence notification I sent. So like I said at the moment am being ROYALLY SCREWED OVER! by both EDD & B of A due to their incompetentcy of their business practices. I would appreciate any suggestions or comments from ANYONE! 04/15/20 – They do not tell you to sign in first before you activate the card, and also don’t tell you that if you have a current online Bank of America user ID and password to enter those. I activated my card, but I didn’t know that you had to sign in first to do that and the information is incorrect that you can set up direct deposit at the edd debit card site.
Never got to set up a PIN and can’t set up a new one!! Been calling but no one answers all I get is circuits are busy!! This is ridiculous!!
