HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://www.capitalone.com/credit-cards/
Step 2– At the top right, click the button Sign In to see the different logging in options.
Step 3- For credit card users, click the first option on the left, right under the Credit Cards category. Click Sign In.
Step 4- Enter your username and password and click Login.
If your login credentials are correct, you will be directed to the dashboard of your online account.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
To retrieve your User ID or password, follow these steps:
Step 1- Follow the same steps above to log in until you reach the step to enter your username and password. Once you are there, click the link that reads Forgot User name or Forgot Password, depending information you have forgotten.
Step 2- To retrieve password, enter your username and the last four digits of your SSN. 
Once your details are verified, you will be allowed to reset your password.

I have always been able to log into Capital One. When I go into signing in, your website will not open. Since I have been able to log in to your website since I owned a Capital One Credit Card, all of a sudden I cannot. WTH There should be no reason for this nonsense. I should have access to logging into your website at any given time. Correct your end. I will give up to three more business days and if I am not able to log into my account, I’m gone. No reason for this inconvenience on your part. Like I repeat myself for as long as I have had an account with Capital One I have always been able to have have the availability to open your Website. Please correct.
