DMCC has employed certified credit counselors who provide assistance via debt management plans, housing counseling and budget counseling. A debt management plan provides consumers with a repayment plan that they can afford for their collection accounts, medical debts, credit cards and other unsecured debts. Debt management plans are designed to eliminate over-limit charges & late fees, consolidate your debt payments, reduce high interest rates, stop collection calls and pay debt within a short period of time.
Other useful programs offered by DMCC are bankruptcy counseling and debtor education. DMCC charges $50 per individual or couple who enroll in the pre-filing bankruptcy counseling and $25 per individual or couple for those who enroll in debtor education. DMCC is authorized to issue certificates of completion once each course is successfully completed.
HOW TO LOGIN
If you are already a DMCC client, follow the steps below to access your account information online:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click on the “Client Login” link located on the right-hand side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your user name and password of your DMCC online account and then click on the “Log In” button.
You should be able to access your information online if the login details are associated with your online account. Make sure your user name and password are correct to avoid troubles logging in to your online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
DMCC allows clients to retrieve their user name or password in case you lose them. The steps below will help you retrieve your lost credentials:
Step 1 – Click “Forgot user name / password” link if you cannot remember either your DMCC user name or password.
Step 2 – Enter the email address and your last name that you provided when registering for a DMCC online account and click on the “Submit” button.
An email containing your user name and password will be sent to the email address that you provided if it is associated with your online account. Check your email to retrieve your login credentials. If you still have troubles retrieving your login credentials, you can email or call the customer support to get further assistance.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click on the “Client Login” link located on the right-hand side of the screen. You need to log in to your DMCC online account in order for you to make a payment online.
Note that payments are made when you enroll in some programs such as debt management plans and bankruptcy counseling.
