Step 1- To access Desjardins Bank website use this url http://www.desjardinsbank.com/

Step 2- Click the Log On button in Desjardins Bank Online Banking section within the bank’s homepage

Step 3- Please enter your Access ID in the shown field, then click Submit

Step 4- Enter your password, then click on the Submit button

After validating your login credentials, the bank will grant access to your online banking account.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/ LOGIN ID?

Provided you are a valid online banking customer, forgetting your password shouldn’t be a problem. Please follow these steps to reset it:

Step 1- Follow the first three steps in the How To Login section above

Step 2- Click Did you forget your Password? link shown below

Step 3- Please fill in your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit

You will receive your password via email.

For you to be eligible to enroll for online banking, you must be an account holder in Desjardins Bank. To enroll, make an appointment with an adviser at a Desjardins Bank branch. You can also call the bank on 1-877-253-7350 for assistance.
