The company cannot help you with debts that involve collateral such as mortgages and auto loans. Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click on the “Click dashboard” button located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter the email address and password and then click on the “Client login” button.
You should be able to log in to your account if the details you provided exist in the company’s database. You should use the email address and password you provided when registering for a Freedom Debt Relief account to avoid problems accessing your account. If you are new to Freedom Debt Relief, click the “Activate Now” box located beneath the client login button to register for an online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
You shouldn’t worry in case you cannot remember the password. The steps below will help you to change your password:
Step 1 – Click the “Forgot your password?” link which is below the client login box if you have forgotten the current password.
Step 2 – Enter the email address that you provided during registration and then click the “Reset password” box.
You should receive an email containing instructions on how you can change the password after a few minutes. Check your email after a short while and follow the instructions sent to reset your password. Ensure the email address you provided is correct and associated with your account to avoid troubles in retrieving the password.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click on the “Click dashboard” button located on the upper-right corner of the screen. You will need an email address and password to log in and then you can make a payment.
Note that you will have to enroll in a debt relief program before you can make any payments.
