Paid mine off and told them I didn’t want it anymore cause someone hacked my account and told them to close it they sent me another card never activated it but keep getting emails about my statements

I didn’t have to re-login when the email came I clicked on it & went straight to payment status
I got mines working correctly my daughter set it up I still couldn’t get in until it sent me a status of when my statement was ready
