Now it is easier than ever to check your credit card activity by enrolling for Merrill Lynch Credit Card Online Login. Customers can now view their Merrill Lynch accounts online, manage their spending and get online customer services. Here is a simple guide on how to log in, retrieve password or enroll.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://www.rewards.ml.com
Step 2– At the top right, click the button Sign In to see the pop up options.
Step 3- In the Sign In box, enter your User ID and select Continue.
The website will then ask you for your password to continue. If your login credentials are correct, you will be directed to your online account dashboard.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
To retrieve your User ID or password, just start as you would to signing in:
Step 1- In the same pop up Sign In box, select the link that reads Forgot your User ID?
Step 2- Enter the email address you selected to register this account. Select Continue.You will receive an email from Merrill Lynch in order to reset your User ID or password. Follow the steps in that email to change your password and access your account.
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, start as you would the other two processes and open the pop up box:
Step 1- In the Sign In pop up box, select link Enroll Now.
Step 2- Enter your bank account number and select Continue.
Step 3- Enter requested information from website, including SSN, your email address and confirm it. Select Continue.
Follow any additional steps required by Merril Lynch. Once you receive an email confirmation that your account has been created, confirm and access your new account.
I have been hacked A charge of $5800 has been on my Amazon acccount. If this shows up on my ML account…ii is fraud. And I wish to cancel my current card.
can’t talk to a person. I have been double billed on 3/22 cayman rental car. #1421. My card ends #1790. Also I got a credit from American airlines of $824,91 and never showed up on statement. I purchased from your travel agency and never got credit . This is the second time this has happened. They put it on another card number that I don’t understand and I finally go credit. Help.
I have been a Merrill Lynch Visa Signature Credit Card Holder for over 25 years.
Every time I call your card for various reasons my blood pressure goes up!
All I hear is unnecessary information, wait endlessly to speak to an Associate, get transferred to
at least 3 different people(by the way once you speak to the correct person,one can hardly hear them because of the many phone transfers,)
.Today, I called the Rewards number at approximately 2:10pm EST.
I was transferred 3 times gave the same information 3 times; each time I told the Associate the reason for my call, kept holding on for many minutes; could not hear the Associate because of the
many transfers and the last Associate I spoke to a Concierge told him my situation and he advised I had the WRONG DEPARTMENT HE HAD TO TRANSFER ME AGAIN. IT WAS NOW 2:35pm!
I hung up. I could not deal with the incompetence.
I have complained to Merrill Lynch numerous times about the difficultly in communicating with your business. NOTHING HAS CHANGED! You should be ashamed of yourself in the way you treat your customers!!
One more thing: when I email you at http://www.card.ml.com the email comes back to me as undeliverable. I really do not understand.
