FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
When users of online banking platform forget their login password, they are required to contact the bank customer care at 13-29-30 or visit the bank personally to request for password reset. You will be required to provide personal and security information regarding your account to prove your identity. Once your request is approved, a new password will be emailed to you. Use it to log into your account within 24 hours. Set a new password once logged in.
