HOW TO LOGIN

Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://www.mysynchrony.com

Step 2– Below the main menu, enter your username and password and click Go.

If your login credentials are correct, you will be able to access your online account and manage your finances.

FORGOT PASSWORD?

If your credentials happen to be incorrect and you need to renew your password, follow these simple steps:

Step 1- In the same Log In section, click the link to the right that reads Login Help. A drop down menu will offer several options, depending what information you wish to retrieve. For password renewal, click Forgot Password? 

Step 2- To verify your identity, enter your username, the last four digits of your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth.

If you have entered the credentials correctly, will be allowed access to change your password accordingly and log in to your account.

HOW TO ENROLL

For first time users, enrolling is a simple process with only three steps. See steps below:

Step 1- In the same Sign In section, click the link Register on the left.

Step 2- Enter your bank account number, the last four digits of your Social Security Number and your Date of Birth. Click Next.

Follow the next additional steps to complete your registration, including Review Account and your Online Profile where you will select your login credentials.
