FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
Traditional Credit Unionโs online banking system does not allow users to self-reset their login credentials. This is made to enhance data security of customersโ information against cyber threats. If you want to reset your password, kindly contact the online banking customer center at 088-999-0777. Alternatively, you can avail yourself in one of the bank branch offices for assistance. Once your identity is verified a new password will be emailed to the email address on the bank database.
HOW TO ENROLL
Any customers with an account in the Traditional Credit Union is eligible to enroll in internet banking service. Unfortunately, the bank does not offer self-enrollment in the online banking platform. To enroll contact the online banking team at 08-8999-0777 during the working hours for assistance. As an option, the customer can avail herself/himself in any branch office for enrollment. Once you provide the required details, your online banking account will be set up and you will receive your login details.
