Hello my name is Robert Draeger. I was in Europe this summer, with my family. An airline name
EasyJet cancelled a flight from Glasgow, Scotland to Amsterdam, NL. After a few months filling
a claim to get the money back that I had to spend to get my family to Amsterdam. EasyJet has sent an Email to me saying they are going to reimburse me $899.29. They will only do Bank Wires. and there claim form does not have a places to put all the numbers to get this reimbursement funds to me. This can only be done by Internet, great way to confuse people.
I’m a member of Tulsa Federal Credit Union. I was told that International money go through the Bank of Oklahoma and then to the Credit Union and then to my account. I found a letter that has the Sift Code and I put it on the claim form and the Acct. # for Tulsa Federal Credit Union.
I have been to the Bank of Oklahoma branch on South Memorial in Bixby, Oklahoma where I live, and was told that they didn’t know and couldn’t help me and to go back to tfcu. So I went back to the tfcu branch on South Memorial and have even called the main office.
Have tried to call Bank of Oklahoma Money wires department. Which seams to be busy, never have been able to get through. I ask how do I do this and what do I put in the claim form?
The BoK branch could not help me, So I go back to the Credit union and they don’t know how International wires work, so they don’t know. So I put in the Swift Code (BAOKUS44 ) it would not take the other numbers. Then I put in the (FFC: Tulsa Federal Credit Union Acct: # 600808810) that is all I could put in the boxes on the claim form.
So has my funds that EasyJet sent by the Wire transfer made it to the Bank of Oklahoma? Has it been sent to tulsa federal credit union? How do I get the funds into my Account? Where are the funds and how now? Can someone at your office help me understand what is going on and
what I do know? Thank You,
