HOW TO LOG IN
If you have enrolled for online banking service, follow steps outlined below to log in:
Step 1 – Open this link https://www.bankofthepacific.com to access the bank website.
Step 2 – Under online banking, enter your Login ID and Password then click Sign In
The bank will verify your login credentials and thereafter direct you to your online banking account.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID
If you have forgotten your login password, you can use the guide below to reset it:
Step 1 – In the login panel, kindly click Forgot Password link
Step 2 – Enter your Login ID then click Reset Password
If your Login ID matches an online banking account you will be allowed to answer some security questions and be allowed to set a new password.

Step 1 – In the bank homepage, please click Enroll link
Step 2 – Please click Personal Online Enrollment link
Step 3 – Read and agree to the Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure to proceed to enrollment
Step 4 – Enter the login information and select account type then click Submit Enrollment
The bank online banking systems will verify your details and set up your account and thereafter send you a welcome email to notify you.
