HOW TO LOG IN
If you are already registered in the online banking service, follow the steps below to log in:
Step 1 – Open this link https://www.bankfirstfs.com to access the institution website.
Step 2 – Click Online Banking Login link to access the login panel
Step 3– In the login panel, enter your User ID and Password then click Login
Your login credentials will first be verified and be automatically directed to your account page.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you happen to forget your login credentials do not worry since BankFirst Online Banking systems allows you to self-reset the credentials online. Follow the simple steps below to reset your forgotten password or recover forgotten User ID.
Reset Forgotten Password
Step 1 – Kindly click on the Forgot Password link in login panel
Step 2 – Enter your phone number and username then click Send me a new password link
A temporary password will send to your mobile give the details you have provided are valid.
Recover Forgotten Username
Step 1 – In the password recovery window, click I forgot my username link
Step 2 – Enter your email address then click Send
Your online banking Username will be send to your official email given it matches the one in the enrollment files,
HOW TO ENROLL
If you are a member of BankFirst with a savings or checking account, you can enroll in the online banking service. Follow the steps below to enroll in the online banking service:
Step 1 – In the login panel, kindly click Enroll Now link
Step 2 – Enter all the required fields, select your state and account type and review and accept the terms and conditions then click Complete Sign Up
If the information you have provided is correct, you will be allowed to continue and set your profile and login credentials.
