The bankruptcy counseling program consists of two classes which include the pre-bankruptcy credit counseling and the post-bankruptcy debtor education course. The fee for each course is $50 for a single individual and $75 per couple. Once each course is completed, a certificate of completion is issued in compliance with the Bankruptcy Code. Note that the fees may be reduced based on the household gross income.
