Step 1 – In the bank homepage, please click Forgot Password link.

Step 2 – Enter your Internet banking ID, email address, and an email subject then click Continue.

Your details will be verified in the online database, if they are correct you will be emailed a link and a temporary password under your email subject provided. You can use the temporary password to login to your account and set new one or follow the link to set a new one straight away.

Step 1 – Click Enroll Now link in the home screen

Step 2 – Review the enrollment requirements, Review the Charter Bank online disclosure terms then click the “I Agree” button to Continue to Enrollment page.

Step 3 – Enter your Social Security number, Account number, and an email address then click Continue to verify your account.

If the details you have provided match a checking account you will be allowed to continue with the enrollment process by answering the security questions.

Once you are done, an email will send to about whether the process was successful or not then you will be able to access your account online.
