HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://www.citi.com/credit-cards/citi.action
Step 2– Enter your User ID and Password and click Sign On.
You will be able to access your online account if you entered your login credentials correctly.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
To retrieve your User ID or password, follow these steps:
Step 1- In the same Sign On section, select the link that reads Forgot your User ID/Password?
Step 2- In the section For Banking and Credit Card Customers, enter your Credit Card Number. Click Continue.
Follow any additional steps to verify your identity, until you are allowed to change your password again and enter your online account.
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, follow these steps:
Step 1- In the Sign On select the link Register Now.
Step 2- Select your type of account and nter your bank account number and select Verify & Continue.
Step 3- Enter the requested information by website, including your name as it appears on your card, security code and the last four digits of your SSN.
Follow any additional steps required by the website, including choosing your username and password, any security questions, until you receive confirmation your account has been created.
