FORGOT PASSWORD?

Civista Bank allows customers who want to change or have forgotten their passwords to do so. To reset your password, simply do as follows:

Step 1- Go to homepage and enter your NetTeller ID and click GO:

Step 2- Click on the Self Reset PIN link as shown:

Step 3- Enter your NetTeller ID, email address and email subject, then click Continue:

Note: By entering your personal e-mail subject text in this field, Civista Bank will add this text to the Password Self-Reset email, so you will know that the e-mail from us concerning your Password is legitimate and was generated by an inquiry of yours.

Civista Bank will send you a new password via email.

Note: If you forgot your NetTeller ID or lost it, you may request that your ID be re-mailed to your address on file with the bank. Email Bank at info@civistabank.com or call Customer Service at 844-842-0268.

ENROLL FOR ONLINE BANKING

It’s easy to enroll in Civista Bank Online Banking at any time as long as you have the Bank account. To enroll for an online banking account follow these simple steps:
