HOW TO LOG IN

Personal online banking customers in Colonial Savings can only access online banking service after providing their online banking login credentials. To login, follow these steps:

Step 1- Click this http://www.gocolonial.com/ link to access Colonial Savings website

Step 2- In the homepage, click the Log In tab shown below, then choose online banking to access the login page

Step 3- Please enter your username and click “Sign On” as shown below

Step 4- To proceed, click on the “Continue with Security Code” button to receive a one-time security code

Step 5- Choose how you want to receive the code either through a phone call or text message, then click “Continue”

The system will grant you access after you enter the security code you receive and your login password.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?

Colonial Savings allows its online banking customers reset or recover forgotten login credentials. To recover your credentials, follow the following guide

Recover Username

Step 1- In the login page, click the Forgot your username? link below the Username field shown below

Step 2- Enter the email address you provided when enrolling for online banking and click “Submit” to confirm your identity.

Once your identity is confirmed, the Online Banking system will email your username.

Reset Password

Step 1- In the login page, click the Reset your password?  link shown below

Step 2- Before creating a new password, you must first verify your identity by providing information shown below, then click Continue

When your identity is confirmed, the Online Banking system will allow you proceed with the password-reset process

HOW TO ENROLL

Colonial Savings allows account holders to enroll for online banking. To enroll, follow these steps:

Step 1- Follow the first 2 steps in the “How To Log In” section

Step 2- Click on the Enroll for Online Banking link shown below

Step 3- Fill in the requested information to verify your identity, then click Continue Enrollment

Once the system approves your identity, it will take you through the remaining enrollment steps
