Step 3 – Enter your User Id, your current password, accept the terms and conditions of the agreement and then click on the “Login” button to access the course.
You should have logged in to your online account if the details you provided were entered correctly. You will also find the spouse login fields and you will need a User Id and password to log in. Make sure the login details are entered correctly to avoid troubles accessing your online account.
Note that you can also access your account via the eFiscal Networks to make a one-time payment, view your account activity, change payment information and much more. EFiscal network is a secure online tool utilized by the Consumer Debt Counselors to help clients manage their financial data online.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – Click “I forgot my User Id or Password” link to open the password reminder page in case you cannot recall either your User Id or the current password of your Consumer online account.
Step 2 – Enter the email address you provided during registration and then click on the “Submit” button.
Your login details will be sent to you within one hour if the email address you provided is an exact match as the one in the company’s database. If your credentials are not sent within one hour, contact the agency at acce@acce-online.com and remember to include your full name. The agency will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your request.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click the “Login In” button which is located on the upper-right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Then click “Log into your account”. You will be required to enter your login details and sign in to your online account to make a payment.
