In order to gain access to your debt management program information, you will need a personal identification number (PIN) and a client ID number that you were issued by Credit Counselling Services of Atlantic Canada (CCSAC). If you already have a client ID and PIN, you can access your account information 24/7. The steps below will direct you on how to log into your account:

Step 2 – Enter your client ID/username, enter your pin/password and then click on the “Login” button.
If the login information you entered is associated with your online account, you should be able to gain access to your account online. Make sure you enter your login credentials correctly to avoid troubles accessing your account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you cannot remember your username or password or both, contact the customer support department at 888.753.2227 or via email at dmsweb@solveyourdebts.com. A client program specialist will guide you on how to retrieve your lost credentials.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT
Step 1 – Click on the “Login” link located at the top of the screen. You are required to log into your account before you can pay fees charged in the initial counseling session or a debt management program.
CCS of Atlantic Canada charges $25 for the initial counseling session and a monthly administration fee ranging anywhere from $5 to $50 if you choose to enroll in a debt management program. The $25 fee charged for the counseling session covers that total cost of follow-up meetings that take occur within a ninety day period.
