HOW TO LOGIN

If you are an online banking user, please follow the steps outlined below to access your online banking account.

Step 1- Open this link https://www.cua.com.au/ to access Credit Union Australia website

Step 2- Click on the Login button at the top right corner of the home page to access the login page

Step 3- Please enter your Member Number and Web Access Code, then click Login

Following verification of your online banking credentials, you will be able to access your online banking account.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?

If you have forgotten your Web Access Code (WAC), you can reset it online. To be able to reset your WAC online, you must already have setup the following:
1. Activated your Online Banking Secure SMS or Email feature
2. Setup your Online Banking Security Questions

To reset it, please follow the following steps:

Step 1- In the login page, click Forgotten your WAC? link



Step 2- To reset your WAC, please provide your Member number and Date of birth, then click Continue

The system after approving your account details, it will allow you reset your Web Access Code.

HOW TO ENROLL

Personal account holders at Credit Union Australia can enroll for online banking service. If you have not setup your online banking account, you will need to contact the institution at 133 282 to set up your account.
