HOW TO LOGIN
You can access your information online by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “Login” located on the top of the screen.
Step 2 – Click on the “Debt management client login” button located on the left side if you are already a debt management plan client.
Step 3 – Enter your username, pin and then click on the “Login” button.
You should have logged in to your online account if the login details are correct. Therefore, make sure you have entered your details correctly to avoid troubles logging in to your account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Debt Helper allows clients to retrieve their lost login details. The steps below will help you retrieve your login information in case you lose them:
Step 1 – Click “Forgot your pin?” if you cannot remember the current pin of your online account.
Step 2 – Enter your ten digit client ID, your email address, the last four digits of your social security number and then click on the “Request pin” button. Ensure the information you provide is entered correctly to avoid troubles in retrieving your lost pin.
An email with your pin will be sent to the email address you provided. You should enter the email address that you used when registering for the account. Note that the client ID is the 10 digit number you find on your monthly statement and it starts with 001 or 002.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “Login” located on the top of the screen.
Step 2 – Click on the “Debt management client login” button located on the left side if you are already a debt management plan client. You will need to first log in to your online account before you can make a payment.
Note that if you want to make a payment for your bankruptcy courses, you need to click the “Bankruptcy courses” link which you can find on the home page and then register for the course you want to do.
