Step 1- Follow the first step in the forgot password section above

Step 2- Click the ‘I forgot my username’ shown below

Step 3- Provide the email address associated with your account in the highlighted box, then click Send

Once verified, an email will be send with your username.

HOW TO ENROLL

For you to register for Exchange Bank online account, this financial institution requires you have an account with it, fill in the sign up form and accept its terms of service. The steps involved are shown below:

Step 1- In the bank’s home page, click the shown ‘Enroll for Online Banking’ link below

Step 2- Click the Begin button shown below to start

Step 2- Provide the information needed in the secure sign up form, accept the terms and conditions of service, then click Complete Sign up

Following your successful enrollment, you will access online banking services
