HOW TO LOG IN

Only individuals who have subscribed for online banking can access the service. Here are the login steps:

Step 1- In your browser, open this link https://www.firstbankofberne.com/ in your browser to access First Bank of Berne website

Step 2- In the homepage, click the ACCOUNT LOGIN button shown below

Step 3- Please enter your Access ID and Password in the shown fields, then click Login

The system will validate your login credentials before granting you access to the service.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID

If you can’t recall your online banking password, please follow these steps to reset it:

Step 1- In the homepage, click the ACCOUNT LOGIN button, then click Forgot Password link in the ONLINE BANKING LOGIN section

Step 2- Please enter your Username, Last 4 digits of Social Security number and Email address, then click RESET PASSWORD

The system after validating your credentials, you will receive a temporary password in your registered online banking email address. The password is valid for 30 minutes. In case you do not get the password in five minutes, contact Customer Service at 1-800-589-7848.

HOW TO ENROLL

Only individuals who have accounts in  First Bank of Berne can enroll for the bank’s online banking service. To enroll, follow these steps:

Step 1- In the homepage, click the ACCOUNT LOGIN button, then click Enroll Online link shown here

Step 2- Provide the requested details in the Enroll form, then click ENROLL

The online system will validate your identity before allowing you proceed and finish the enrollment process.
