Started in 1924 First Bank has been serving the locals of Southeast Alaska for close to a century. Thus the need for the development of online banking for their customers. Here are some guidelines on how to log in, how to reset your password if you have forgotten yours and how to enroll for a First Bank online banking account.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Start up your browser and enter the link https://www.firstbankak.com/ and you will be led to the First Bank homepage.
Step 2 – On the top right corner of the page, there is a box where you will have to enter your username.
Step 3 – Click the Login button and you will be led to your online bank account.
FORGOTTEN USERNAME
You may have forgotten your username for your First Bank online bank account. Do not worry; we’ve got you covered.
Step 1 – If you have forgotten your username you will only need to contact customer care to get the guidelines on how to change it.
Step 2 – Get the contact details by clicking the Contact Us button on the homepage.
HOW TO ENROLL
Step 1 – On the homepage, there are two online enrollment options; one for personal banking and the other for business banking. As a person, you need personal banking services. Click on the enroll button that is found right below the Personal Banking option.
Step 2 – You will be taken to a page where you will be prompted to either agree or disagree with the Review Access Agreement. First, read the Review Access Agreement very carefully.
Step 3 – If you agree with the Review Access Agreement click on the Agree button.
Step 4 – You will be prompted to enter your credentials ranging from your First Name to your Mother’s Maiden name.
Step 5 – Click on the continue button and your credentials will be reviewed after which you will be able to access First Bank online bank services.

With a First Bank online account, you will be able to access a range of banking services.
