HOW TO LOG IN

To log in, you must have an active online banking account with Fortis Private Bank. This guide shows the steps involved in signing in using your computer:

Step 1-  Through your PC browser, key in or click https://www.fortispb.com/ to load Fortis Private Bank’s website

Step 2- Click the ‘CLIENT LOGINS’ link shown here below to login

Step 3- Key in your Username and password, then click Go

Once the credentials are verified, carry on with online banking transactions.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?

Are you unable to remember your password? The section below is meant for you. After submitting your credentials and realizing you can’t remember your password, be calm and do the  following:

Step 1- In the page that opens, Reenter your Internet Banking ID (Username), then click Submit

Step 2- Next, click the Reset Password link shown here

Step 3- Please fill in your Internet Banking ID, E-mail Address linked with your account and E-mail Subject, then click Continue

You will get a Password Self-Reset email, change your password then login and proceed with your transactions.

HOW TO ENROLL

To register, you must accept Fortis Private Bank’ Internet Banking Agreement, provide your Social Security Number, Account Number and Email Address. These are the steps:

Step 1- Follow the first two steps in the login section above

Step 2- Now, click the Sign Up link shown here

Step 3- In the next page, accept the Internet Banking Agreement by scrolling down and clicking the I Agree button.

Step 4- Please key in your Social Security Number, Account Number and Email Address linked with your account, then click Continue

Once authorized, carry on and complete the enrollment process. After successfully registering, you can proceed to login.
