HOW TO LOG IN

To access your online account, you need valid login credentials. These steps here will guide you access your account on PC:

Step 1-  In the browser, click or enter https://www.midflorida.com/ to open MIDFLORIDA Credit Union website

Step 2- In the institution’s homepage, enter your User ID, then click the Login

If the User ID is valid, you will proceed and enter your password

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?

Are you having issues remembering your password or User ID? Please follow the following steps to reset password or receive username:

Recovering User ID

Step 1- In the homepage, click the Forgot User ID link shown below

Step 2- Please provide your member number and the last 4 digits of your SSN, then click the Send My User ID button

After the credentials are verified, you will receive an email with your User ID

Resetting password

Step 1- In the institution’s homepage, click the Forgot Password link shown below

Step 2- Please provide your User ID, then click ‘Forgot My Password’ button

Once verified, you will be able to reset it

HOW TO ENROLL

For any person to be eligible for MIDFLORIDA Credit Union’s online account, he or she must be an account holder at the institution. Then follow these steps:

Step 1- In the homepage, click the Sign up link shown here

Step 2- Now, click the ‘I have my PIN and I’m ready to establish a new User ID and Password’ link shown below

Step 3- Fill in the Online Services Enrollment form, then click Continue

After authentication, you will be able to proceed and set up your online account

As a client with online account at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union, you can:

• See current balances and history of your account
• Transfer money  between accounts
• Make and Schedule MIDFLORIDA loan payment
• Download account information
