Step 2- In the bank’s homepage, click the Login button shown below

Step 3- Provide your MSBOnline Banking ID, then click Submit

Step 4- Enter your password, then click Submit

Once, authorized, proceed with online banking transactions

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?

Do you have problem remembering your password? Please follow these steps to reset it

Step 1- Follow the first three steps above

Step 2- After submitting your Online Banking ID, click the ‘Reset Password’ link shown below

Step 3- Please enter your MSBOnline Banking ID, E-mail Address in your account and email subject, then click Continue

After verification, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

HOW TO ENROLL

For an individual to qualify for MidSouth Bank’s online account, he or she must have be an account holder at the financial institution. Then follow these steps to enroll:

Step 1- In the bank’s homepage, click the Personal Enroll Now link shown here

Step 2- Accept the bank’s terms of service by clicking the I Agree button shown below

Step 3- Fill in the Verification Information form, then click Continue

After verification, you will be able to proceed with the enrollment process

MANAGE MIDSOUTH BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT

As a client who has MidSouth Bank online account, you can:
