Step 1-Open your web browser and type in https://www.newerabank.com/ or click the link

Step 2-Click ‘login’

Step 3-Enter your NetTeller ID and NetTell pin and click ‘login’

If the NetTeller pin you have entered is correct, you will be able to access your New Era Bank online account

Forgot your password

If you don’t use the correct pin, you will not be able to access your online account. Here are the steps you need to follow change your password:

Step 1-Go to the Homepage and follow the first two steps

Step 2– Click ‘reset pin’

Step 3– Enter your Access ID, last 4 digits of your Tax ID number and email address, and click ‘submit’

A new pin for your online account will be send to the email address associated with online account
