HOW TO LOGIN

Step 1 – Copy the address https://www.northrim.com/, which will take you directly to our homepage.

Step 2 – On the left-hand side of the homepage, you will see two boxes requiring Username and Password under ‘PERSONAL BANKING.’

Step 3 – Input your details and click on Login to submit and then you will be ready to go.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD OR USERNAME

Step 1 – Follow the link ‘Forgot Password’ just below the box for entering your password.

Step 2 – You’ll be redirected to another page in which you’ll be required to provide your phone number and username.

Step 3 – After successful entry of your details, click on ‘Send me a new password’ at the bottom of the page after which an email with your password will be forwarded to you.

Step 4 – In case of a forgotten username, click on the icon ‘I forgot my username.’

Step 5 – A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your email address through which we will send you your username.

ENROLLMENT

For personal banking, you can sign up for our online banking services by;
Step 1 – First you need to click on the ‘Sign Up’ link below the two boxes for login on our homepage.

Step 2 – This will lead you to a window where you’ll be required to provide details on your username, password, and personal and account information.

Step 3 – After completion, you need to click on agree to our terms & conditions of service and submit your application by clicking the ‘Complete Sign Up’ icon.
