HOW TO LOG IN

Provided you have enrolled and have valid online banking credentials, please follow the steps outlined below to login to your online banking account:

Step 1- In your browser, open this link https://parkbank.com/ to access Park Bank’s website

Step 2- In homepage, please provide your Access ID and choose the page you want to access, then click LOG-IN

Step 3- Please enter your online banking password, then click Submit

If your online banking credentials are valid, you will access your online banking account.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID

If a personal online banking account holder is unable to recall his/her online banking password, he or she can reset it through these steps:

Step 1- In homepage, click Forgot Your Password? link

Step 2- Provide your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit

Once the online system approves your account details, you will receive your password via your online banking email address.

HOW TO ENROLL

For anyone to enroll for online banking service in Park Bank, he/she must be an account holder in the institution. To enroll, consider the  steps outlined below:

Step 1- In homepage, click First Time Logging In? link to begin the enrollment process

Step 2- Please provide your account details requested in the First Time User Authentication form, then Submit. Note: The Telebank PIN you enter must be correct. If you need assistance, please call customer care at 608-278-2801.

If your account details match records in the bank, you will be allowed to set up your online banking account.
