Patelco Credit Union Online Banking makes banking easy and stress-free. All you need is an internet connection and a computer or mobile device and you will be able to access your online account. No need to make long and tiresome trips to the branch. Simply login and transfer funds, view your latest transaction and statements, receive alerts, view images of cleared checks, check account balances and update your personal information, among other things. If you have any problem signing in, you forgot your password or you don’t know how to enroll, please keep reading.
HOW TO LOGIN
To log on to your online bank account, turn on your PC and follow these steps:
Step 1 – Open your web browser and click www.patelco.org. This will take you to the homepage as shown below
Step 2- On the Patelco’s homepage, go to the login area. This can be located on the top of the page.
Step 3- Please enter your User ID and password, then click Log into online banking
If you enter the right combination of username and password, you will be logged in and taken to your account’s dashboard.
Remember: Password and Username is case sensitive. So if you use the wrong case you might not be able to login.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / USER ID?
Forgot your username or password? Do not worry; if you are unable to recall your username or password, you may reset your password by following the steps below:
Step 1- If you forgot your password, go to the bank’s homepage, click the link that says “Forgot User ID | password?”. Click the “Password” part.
Step 2- If you forgot your password, you will be taken to the next page. Enter your User ID, date of birth, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and the zip code.
Your password will be emailed to you.
Step 3- if you forgot your user ID, click on the link that says “forget your user ID?” on the same line as above.
Step 4: On the next page, date of birth, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and the zip code.
Your user ID will be emailed to you.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you don’t have an online account with Patelco Credit Union, you can open one by following the steps below:
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the “Sign Up” button on the top right corner of the page, on the member login area as shown below.
Step 2- In the next page, fill in the form as shown below and click continue. Finish the registration process by following the prompts.
