Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU) has been providing excellent cooperative baking services to its members. Now, It has spiced it up with convenience online banking services. If you already have an account which you would like to login or you are new and want to enroll, here are the steps to follow when logging into your account, resetting your password, and enrolling for online banking.
HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1: Go to the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union’s homepage
Step 2- From the homepage, Click on the login link as shown below.
Step 3- A pop up will appear and you will have to enter your password then click on the sign-on button
Once you click the login button, you will be directed to the dashboard of your online banking account.
Remember password is case sensitive, so make sure you are using the right case.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
Sometimes you might forget your password. The good news is that you can easily reset your password using the following steps:
Step 1- Click on the “forgot password” link on the sign-on page as shown below
Step 2- Enter your sign-on ID and your PIN then click Next
Once you submit the details, a new password will be sent to your email.
HOW TO ENROLL FOR PSECU ONLINE BANKING
PSECU allows its customers to enroll for PSECU online banking. All you need is either an active checking account or a savings account. To signup for online banking, proceed as follows:
Step 1- Click on the Sign Up for online banking link just below the sign-on area on the left menu
Step 2- In the next page, fill in the blanks and click next
Step 3- Create your sign-on id and your password and confirm it.
MANAGE YOUR PSECU ONLINE BANKING ACCOUNT
PSECU provides its customers with the convince of an online banking. There are many things you can do with your online account which include the following:
- You can view your account balances
- You can get eStatements of your account
- You can setup alerts for account activity
- You can transfer funds between accounts in PSECU

tying to make first payment on my vehicle very confusing acct # 872****
I’ve been trying since October 2021 to resolve an issue with my car loan accounts, NOTHING. called 3 times in November they say its a technology issue. My bank account that I had the withdraws coming from was compromised and i had to provide a new account, one account was successful and they cant seem to resolve the issue with the other. PSECU is the worst customer focused organization,
I hate this new online banking!!!!!!! Life is hard enough without making all these changes.
It makes no sense. Things should be easier, not harder when you are changing things. This is ridiculous!
Haven’t been able to sign in or view my auto loan since PSECU changed to this new mess. I have an auto loan and would like to know the status of that loan but some genius had to come up with this complicated system. Why businesses have to constantly have to change is beyond me. PSECU used to be easy to bank with. Not any more. Need to go through white house security to view my account……..or that’s right I can’t!!!

Looked at your calendar for 2020…. Closed on Thanksgiving 11/26/20…. Why can’t bill payer pay on Friday 11/27/20….. That is not listed as a holiday????? Very confusing….you are not closed that day according to website. capocciavad@gmail.com
