Step 1- In the homepage, click the Forgot Passcode? link

Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, tax identification number or social security number, and the account number of your online account, then click Submit

After the credentials are approved, reset your passcode and login

HOW TO ENROLL

For you to apply for Prosperity Bank’s online account, you are required to have an account in the institution. Then follow these steps to enroll:

Step 1- In the bank’s homepage, click the Enroll link

step 2- Accept the Electronic Disclosure Consent Statement by ticking the shown checkbox below, then click the I Agree button

Step 3- Accept the Internet Banking Agreement by ticking the shown checkbox below, then click the I Agree button

Step 4- Click the shown link below to enroll using United States address

Step 5- Fill in the Online Internet Banking Enrollment Form, then click Continue

After the credentials are processed and approved you will have set up your online account
