Step 2 – Kindly enter your Access ID and Passcode then click Log In.
The Resource Bank internet banking system will verify you login credentials and redirect you to your online account page.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID?
If you accidentally forget your online banking passcode, do not worry since Resource Bank allows you to self-reset it online. See the steps below.
Step 1 – In the bank homepage, click Forgot Passcode link
Step 2 – Provide your Access ID, Tax ID number or Social Security number and account number then click Continue
The bank will critically verify the information you have submitted and if it is correct a temporary password and reset link will be emailed. Use to log in to your account and set a new one.
HOW TO ENROLL
If you are Resource Bank customer with a checking or savings account and you have not enrolled for the online banking service, follow the guide below to set up your account.
Step 1 – Click Enroll link in the website homepage
Step 2 – Review and confirm the terms and conditions by ticking accept box then click I Agree
Step 3 – Enter all the fields in the online enrollment form then click Continue
If your details are correct, the online banking system will create and email you, your internet banking login credentials for the first time login to complete your enrollment process.
MANAGE RESOURCE BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT
When you enroll to the Resource Bank online banking platform you are allowed to:
