This guide shows you how to log in to the SCU’s online account as outlined below.
HOW TO LOGIN
As a Southland Credit Union customer, you can log into your account at any time 24/7. Below are the steps to follow when logging into your account for the first time.
Step 1– Open your web browser and go to https://www.southlandcu.org/, enter your User ID and click login, as shown:
Step 2– On the next page, enter your Password. If your password and call our Service Center at (800) 426-1917.
Upon submitting the login details, you will be taken directly to the dashboard of your Online Account.
Note: Username and Password are case sensitive, make sure that you’re using the right case.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/USER ID?
Whether you forgot your password or User ID, you can reset your password or User ID by clicking on the links “forgot password” or “forgot User Id”. The steps below will show you how to reset your password or user ID.
If you forgot the password
Step 1– Click on the link “Forgot password”
Step 2- on the next page, you will be asked to provide your User ID, social security number, date of birth and answer to security question. Click OK to receive the link to reset your password.

Step 4– On the next page, you will be asked to enter your account number and social security number.
If you enter the correct details, please wait for the link that contains your User ID.
